Buc-ee’s to open westernmost location soon, with more new stores on the way

Buc-ee’s has grown from a Texas-only chain to roughly 50–60 locations across about a dozen states (36 in Texas) and is famous as a road‑trip stop for Beaver Nuggets, brisket and souvenir-packed stores.
Near-term openings include Goodyear, Arizona (the Monday after Father’s Day), San Marcos, TX (Aug. 12), Benton, Arkansas (Aug. 17) and a Murfreesboro, TN location this fall.
Many more travel centers are planned through 2027–2028 and beyond — eight sites already slated for 2027 (e.g., Kansas City, Fort Pierce, Tallahassee, Lafayette) plus potential firsts in Arkansas, Nebraska, Ohio, Virginia and others.
