Gracie the Giraffe, who went missing after wandering off a Texas ranch, is finally found

Gracie the 10‑foot, ~1,200‑lb giraffe was found about two weeks after wandering off — roughly 4 miles from her ranch and in good shape near a pond and creek.
Aerial searches located her on remote private land; vets sedated her and crews will move her with an open‑pasture then a tall enclosed giraffe trailer back home.
The Texas Hill Country has many exotic captive animals (missing wildebeests, zebras, etc. reported); the owner plans to fence the rocky area to keep Gracie safe.
