Seized car used as warning against fly-tipping

Wiltshire Council will publicly display a seized Mercedes accused in a fly‑tipping case before it is crushed as a "highly visible warning."
CCTV caught plastic pipes being dumped in Bulford on 11 May; the driver couldn't prove ownership, so the car will be destroyed.
The display (outside County Hall on 25 June) is intended to deter fly‑tipping and highlight the environmental damage and cost to taxpayers.
