- Falcons are back to .500 after a 45-24 win — Michael Penix Jr. is 2-0 as the starter and, alongside Bijan Robinson, has sparked two big routs in the last 11 days.
- Saints look offensively potent on paper but are 1-3 because they can’t start games, are missing RB Travis Etienne, and get gashed early on the ground.
- Atlanta’s major weak spot is the pass rush — far fewer sacks than last year and injury concerns for Za’Darius Smith — which could bite them entering a tough three-game home stretch.
