Released killer tells police 'it's happened again'

Daniel Levy admitted stabbing a man on New Year’s Eve, reportedly telling police “it's happened again.”
He has schizophrenia and a previous manslaughter conviction for his grandmother, having been detained and released under psychiatric supervision.
Levy went to a police station after the killing, said he believed he was “helping” the victim, and is due to be sentenced in September.
