Giants Receiver Malik Nabers Avoids PUP List To Begin Training Camp

Giants QB Jaxson Dart will have No. 1 WR Malik Nabers at the start of training camp — Nabers won’t begin camp on the PUP list and has a “realistic possibility” of playing in Week 1 vs. the Cowboys.
Nabers is recovering from a torn ACL and meniscus in his right knee, had surgery and a spring cleanup, and has progressed through rehab.
The Giants added veteran pass-catchers (including Odell Beckham Jr., Darnell Mooney and JuJu Smith‑Schuster) and drafted Malachi Fields to boost receiver depth.
