2026 CFP Odds: How Many Teams From Each Conference Will Make The Field?

As of Sept. 2, DraftKings was offering over/under prop bets on how many teams each Power 4 conference will send to the 12-team College Football Playoff — a fun betting angle for fans (e.g., lines at 1.5 and 3.5 teams).
The Big Ten has dominated recent years (No. 1 seed and the champion in each of the last three seasons) and, along with the SEC, frequently supplies multiple teams to the CFP.
Last season the SEC sent five teams, the Big Ten three, the Big 12 and ACC one each — and two non‑Power programs (Tulane, James Madison) also made the field, with Indiana (Big Ten) ultimately winning the title over Miami.
