49ers WR Departs Early vs. Commanders Due To Achilles Injury, Ruled Out

49ers WR Mike Evans was ruled out Monday night vs. Washington with an Achilles injury after leaving in the second quarter.
He still totaled 3 catches for 94 yards in the first half before exiting.
It’s the latest setback in an injury-plagued season (hip, rib and Achilles soreness) and continues health issues that followed him from his final years in Tampa Bay; severity is unclear.
