Small plane crashes in water next to remote Alaska coastal town, killing all 4 on board

A small plane flying from Anchorage to the remote town of Seldovia crashed into shallow water near shore, killing all four people aboard.
The aircraft was submerged in about 15 feet of water and recovery required waiting for the tide; the NTSB and FAA are investigating.
