J.J. McCarthy Provides Late Spark, But Giants' Rally Falls Short Against Saints

The Giants benched Jameis Winston late in a 34-10 game after a rough outing, replacing him with J.J. McCarthy.
McCarthy sparked a near 24-point comeback — 243 passing yards, a TD and 25 rushing yards — and looked like the offense’s best shot down the stretch.
With Jaxson Dart lost for the season, the QB spot is wide open, and McCarthy’s burst gives New York a real conversation starter about the future.
