Kubiak Says ‘We’re Thinking About Everything’ As Raiders Consider QB Change

After a 3-0 start, the Raiders have lost four straight and coach Klint Kubiak says "everything" — including personnel and scheme — is on the table as they slip to 3-4.
No. 1 pick Fernando Mendoza, who briefly went 6-for-8 for 48 yards in Week 5, could get a chance to spark the offense if the team decides to move on from Kirk Cousins.
Cousins has solid stats (1,877 yards, 16 TDs, 5 INTs) and says he'll accept being replaced if it's best for the team; the bigger problem has been the defense, giving up about 35.7 points per game during the skid.
