Man blown from 12th-floor apartment as deadly tornado rips through central China

A deadly tornado tore through Hubei province — at least 11 killed, more than 331 injured and thousands of homes damaged.
Winds were so fierce they reportedly sucked a 30‑year‑old man and furniture out of a 12th‑floor apartment (he’s in intensive care) and even lifted heavy trucks dozens of meters.
The outbreak is linked to Typhoon Maysak’s rains, which also caused widespread flooding elsewhere — including a flooded snake farm that released cobras into a village.
