Senior Ukrainian official expects 'technical talks' on Russia's war soon

Ukraine's top presidential adviser, Kyrylo Budanov, says technical talks with Russia are likely soon but he doesn't expect a quick peace agreement.
He called it "unrealistic" to expect the war to end now and warned fighting could continue through the winter.
Both sides have stepped up strikes on logistics, ports and energy infrastructure, raising fears of renewed attacks on Ukraine's power grid this winter.
