- No. 12 Texas Tech (4-0) visits Colorado (2-2) Saturday, Oct. 3 at Folsom Field in Boulder — a ranked Big 12 team on the road against an inconsistent Buffaloes squad.
- Storyline to watch: Texas Tech’s QB Hammond has 5 interceptions through four games and needs a cleaner outing, while Colorado likely turns to Wilson after a halftime relief appearance.
- Betting/interest angle: Tech is a 12.5-point favorite (moneyline -524), but Colorado’s defense can create turnovers and WR Williams has been hot — enough to keep fans debating upset chances.
