Raiders rookie RB Ashton Jeanty left practice with a right-knee injury after a diving collision and was helped off the field; the team took a knee in prayer and his status is now uncertain pending further evaluation.
Jeanty was expected to be Klint Kubiak’s offensive centerpiece alongside TE Brock Bowers — if he’s out, fourth-round pick Mike Washington Jr. is next in line.
Jeanty had an up-and-down rookie year (975 rushing yards, 5 TDs, 3.7 YPC), so his health is a big storyline heading into Week 1 vs. the Dolphins.
