Bear Bachmeier Reveals Personal Motivation Behind BYU's Upset Win Over Notre Dame

BYU pulled off a historic upset, beating No. 2 Notre Dame 28–24 and rising to No. 2 in the AP Poll — their highest ranking since 1984.
QB Bear Bachmeier called it a personal revenge game, saying Notre Dame "disrespected" him during his recruiting visit.
Bachmeier answered on the field — 23-of-36 for 224 yards, 45 rushing yards and two rushing TDs, including the go-ahead six-yard touchdown with 1:47 left.
