Villanova, Notre Dame Men's College Basketball: All-Time Starting 5

Villanova and Notre Dame meet in Rome on Nov. 1 for the Eternal City Tip‑Off — a rare overseas college hoops showcase.
Villanova’s recent crop (Jalen Brunson, Mikal Bridges, Josh Hart) are now NBA champions — Brunson even earned 2026 Finals MVP, an underdog‑to‑superstar story.
Notre Dame hasn’t had a deep March run since 2016 but boasts legendary alumni (Bill Laimbeer, Adrian Dantley, John Paxson), great fodder for nostalgia.
