Congo says Ebola outbreak spreads to northeastern Bas-Uele province

Ebola has reached a sixth province, Bas-Uele — with a fatal case reported in the provincial capital, Buta, marking the first time the province has been affected.
Authorities say there are now 4,665 confirmed cases and 2,184 deaths in the outbreak.
Officials warn delayed detection, local conflict and strained health services have helped the virus spread faster than in past outbreaks.
