Stabbing survivor says bleed kit can save lives

A teenager who survived being stabbed at 15 says a public bleed kit could have saved lives and still feels the trauma years on.
A bleed kit with bandages and tourniquets has been installed at Faversham Recreation Ground (the 24th in the South East) and can be opened by the public via an app/code.
Anti-knife campaigner Carl Scott, recently awarded an MBE, backs the initiative as knife crime continues — police recorded hundreds of offences across Sussex, Kent and Surrey last year.
