Tom Brady Isn't Sure If Defenders Are Being Treated Fair On Roughing The Passer Calls

Tom Brady criticized recent roughing-the-passer calls, arguing defenders need more leeway and quarterbacks should accept some hits as part of the job.
He singled out the roughing penalty on Packers’ Karl Brooks for hitting Jared Goff — a call that helped set up Detroit’s game-winning field goal.
Brady acknowledged the irony of his takes from the broadcast booth, defended his on-air reactions, and admitted it’s easier to critique games when he’s not on the field.
