North Korea's Kim says country will exercise its position as nuclear state, KCNA reports

Kim Jong Un said North Korea must fully embrace its nuclear status to cope with a volatile global security situation.
He blamed the U.S. (and South Korea) for escalating conflicts and making the Korean Peninsula more dangerous.
Kim ordered a buildup of conventional arms and accelerated construction of a 10,000-ton strategic guided-missile cruiser, while reaffirming refusal to give up nuclear weapons.
