Rams Star Myles Garrett Reportedly Undergoes Knee Surgery, Will Go On IR

Myles Garrett had arthroscopic knee surgery and was placed on injured reserve, sidelining him for at least four games.
That absence costs the Rams their star pass-rusher for upcoming marquee matchups against the Broncos, Eagles and Bills.
Garrett said he played "the worst version" of himself in the opener (no tackles, sacks or QB hits) and vows to get back to form.
