AI Dividend is a pilot that gives displaced tech workers up to $1,000/month plus mentorship and project-based retraining (about $3M in funding over a year).
It’s focused on entry-level and recently laid-off workers—hundreds are involved, including roughly 270 former Oracle employees—addressing a job market where junior tech roles are shrinking while senior AI talent is in demand.
