Turkey's relations with Russia, China don't mean turning its back on the West, Erdogan says

Erdogan says Turkey is seeking full membership in the China- and Russia-led SCO but insists that doesn’t mean it’s turning its back on the West.
He met with Vladimir Putin at the summit, discussed deeper cooperation (including on nuclear issues) and expressed hope the Russia–Ukraine war ends peacefully.
Erdogan called for stronger Black Sea security to protect commercial shipping and avoid a repeat of the grain-supply crisis.
