JD and Usha Vance welcome a baby boy, the first child born to a sitting VP in more than 150 years

Vice President JD Vance and Second Lady Usha Vance welcomed a son, Alec Neel Vance — the first baby born to a sitting vice president in more than 150 years.
The newborn joins siblings Ewan (9), Vivek (6) and Mirabel (4); the couple said Usha and the baby are healthy and the kids are "overjoyed."
