Village butcher abused girls more than 50 years ago

An 83-year-old village butcher has been jailed for 3½ years after being convicted of indecently assaulting two girls more than 50 years ago.
One victim reported the abuse in 2022 and the second came forward during the police probe, leading to the conviction on seven counts.
