Ex-President Joe Biden's cancer has spread, is very painful, son says

Hunter Biden told the BBC that President Joe Biden’s prostate cancer has metastasized to his bones and is “very painful and…debilitating.”
Biden revealed the diagnosis in May 2025 and has been receiving radiation and hormone therapy.
Despite health scrutiny, he has remained in the public eye at times and has a presidential memoir due out Nov. 17.
