Indiana Is Evolving Under Curt Cignetti — And Other Programs Should Be Worried

Curt Cignetti flipped Indiana from underdog to national champion in short order using the transfer portal — a 22-game streak, a Heisman and a CFP title have vaulted the Hoosiers into elite status.
He’s now adding high-school upside too: 5-star WR Monshun Sales committed to IU — the program’s first-ever five-star and a projected NFL first-rounder.
If Cignetti pairs his portal success with steady elite recruiting, Indiana could become a sustained Big Ten/national powerhouse — and that’s a great conversation starter for anyone watching college football.
