- Larry the Cable Guy turned up on FOX's "Big Noon Kickoff" in full Nebraska gear — complete with a custom hat he joked "the Amish made" — led fans in a "Go Red Go!" chant and shouted his signature "Git‑R‑Done."
- He confidently predicted Nebraska would beat No. 7 Indiana, calling it the Huskers' biggest game in a decade despite a long losing skid vs. ranked teams (0‑20 under coach Matt Rhule).
- Larry also joked about treating himself early in his career to "the best suite" and a big‑screen TV, underscoring his status as a die‑hard Husker fan.
