Advantage, Milwaukee: 3 Takeaways From The Brewers' Game 1 Win Over The Dodgers

Brewers surprised in Game 1 of the NLCS, beating the Dodgers and avenging last year’s sweep by taking down Tarik Skubal.
Young Brewers stepped up — Luis Lara’s RBI and Cooper Pratt’s heads‑up play highlighted why Milwaukee didn’t trade its prospects.
The marquee pitching matchup fizzled (both Misiorowski and Skubal out by the sixth), and the Dodgers were hamstrung by multiple double plays/lack of speed.
