Trump says at NATO summit he has ordered cutoff of US trade with Spain

At the NATO summit in Ankara, President Trump ordered his Treasury secretary to cut off all trade with Spain, calling Madrid a "terrible partner."
He criticized Spain for refusing U.S. use of its airspace/bases during the Iran war and for not meeting NATO's new 5% defense-spending target.
U.S. officials have even considered punitive measures against allies over the Iran-war support issue, including suspending Spain from NATO.
