Count Binface receives over a quarter of votes in Clacton by-election

Count Binface (comedian Jon Harvey) came second in the Clacton by-election with 9,455 votes (26.9%) — his best result yet.
Nigel Farage re-won the seat with about 22,239 votes (63.3%).
