North Korea's Kim vows to expand ties with Russia, backs victory in 'sacred war'

Kim Jong Un told Putin he wants to “expand and deepen” broad cooperation with Russia and pledged his support.
He voiced confidence in Russia’s victory in the war (widely read as referring to Ukraine) and North Korea has even sent troops to aid Moscow this year.
Kim sent a similar friendly message to China’s Xi, underscoring Pyongyang’s warming ties with both Moscow and Beijing.
