US official says parties can still walk away from Iran deal, sequencing will be key

The U.S. and Iran are set to sign a 14-point MoU in Switzerland but either side can walk away; upcoming talks will focus on sequencing the steps.
The preliminary accord triggers an extendable 60-day negotiation period to try to reach a comprehensive deal.
Immediate measures include 60 days of toll-free passage through the Strait of Hormuz and Iran agreeing, at minimum, to downblend its highly enriched uranium.
