US says Chinese hackers broke into Justice Department, NASA, Federal Reserve, Senate and more

The U.S. Justice Department says it disrupted a Chinese-linked hacking campaign that had breached high-profile agencies like the DOJ, NASA, the Federal Reserve and the U.S. Senate.
Prosecutors seized domains for two tools called "QScan" and "QTRouter," which they say were run by a Nanjing firm tied to China's intelligence and military.
The intrusions reportedly date back to at least 2018 and also hit Energy, HHS, NIH and companies in the U.S. and South Korea; Beijing did not comment.
