Boy's dying wish: 'I don't want to be forgotten'

Jake was a funny, popular 13‑year‑old who died from a rare aggressive cancer two weeks before his 14th birthday — he worried most about being forgotten.
His mum initially assumed his fatigue and runny nose were hay fever, and now warns that everyday symptoms can sometimes point to childhood cancer.
She’s teamed up with The Children & Young People’s Cancer Association to raise awareness and keep Jake’s memory alive.
