Finland's Stubb tells German newspaper Russia unlikely to risk attack on NATO

Finland's president Alexander Stubb says it would "make no sense" for Russia to attack NATO and he doesn't see evidence Moscow would risk that.
He warns Russia is using information and hybrid tactics (including cyber threats), but says NATO's military strength is a strong deterrent.
Stubb urges continued support for Ukraine, calling it Europe's best security guarantee and noting Russia's heavy losses and recruitment shortfalls.
