Hunter Goodman Hits Three Homers Against Reds To Set Rockies Franchise Record

Hunter Goodman hit three homers Sunday (Nos. 28–30), giving him two three-homer games this season — the first player in Rockies history to accomplish that.
He reached 30 homers in 101 team games, the fourth-fastest in franchise history behind Vinny Castilla, Andrés Galarraga and Larry Walker.
Goodman said a day off, Coors Field’s hitter-friendly conditions and getting good pitches helped; his three homers traveled a combined estimated 1,302 feet.
