Thetford accused out of prison after charge dropped

James Jobson, accused of sharing addresses of properties housing asylum seekers, has been released after the Crown Prosecution Service dropped the charges.
He remained in custody for a day after the case was discontinued, prompting distress from his family before the Ministry of Justice confirmed his release late Saturday.
The arrests followed three nights of unrest in Thetford where houses on five streets were targeted; police say detectives are still investigating how the addresses were shared.
