Luxon survives another leadership vote months before New Zealand's election

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon survived a caucus confidence vote after a challenge to his leadership and said his party is united ahead of the Nov. 7 election.
The challenger was his defense minister, Chris Penk, whom Luxon removed from portfolios; Penk announced he will quit Parliament and not seek reelection.
