Cignetti Expects QB Josh Hoover To 'Be Better' Against Minnesota Despite Injury

Indiana QB Josh Hoover is expected to start Saturday after playing through a right-arm injury; coach Curt Cignetti says he should be better this week.
Hoover wasn’t himself against Michigan but still led a gritty overtime win, scoring the game-winning TD after a limited passing day.
No. 4 Indiana hosts Minnesota Saturday, and Cignetti says the receivers need to step up to help Hoover keep the momentum.
