Apple finally gives Siri an AI glow-up

Apple unveiled a long-awaited Siri overhaul powered by Google’s Gemini, with a beta coming later this year (initially not in the EU or China).
The new Siri uses personal context to find/share photos and addresses, gets a more expressive voice, and much-improved dictation.
The launch follows delays and a $250M settlement over AI claims — and comes at Tim Cook’s final WWDC before John Ternus becomes CEO.
