Giants RB Cam Skattebo — a fan favorite for his downhill, high-energy style — was nearly drafted by the 49ers to pair with Christian McCaffrey.
Titans coach Robert Saleh revealed Kyle Shanahan "loved him" and San Francisco was about to pick Skattebo before New York took him at No. 105.
Since joining the Giants he’s rushed for 527 yards and six TDs in his first 10 games and bounced back from a 2025 ankle injury with an 81-yard, 1-TD Week 1 performance.
