North Korea decides on measures to expand nuclear forces, KCNA reports

Kim Jong Un has ordered a push to modernise and strengthen North Korea’s military, including expanding its nuclear forces.
The plan calls for upgrading combat systems and modernising military bases to be more standardised and specialised.
Officials also aim to boost military intelligence capabilities and expand the navy with new bases and shipyard upgrades.
