Failures at home where 'drunk child attacked police'

Ofsted rated a Salford children’s home run by Care 4 Every Child "inadequate" after widespread safeguarding failures.
Inspectors found youngsters left unsupervised — one drunk child was arrested for assaulting a police officer, and another with suicidal ideation was neglected.
Staff training and responses were criticised: carers refused to act as an appropriate adult, were slow to respond when children went missing, and used physical interventions without proper training.
