Talarico told attendees he won’t win a Texas Senate race without Black voters and pledged to put resources into outreach, while urging respect for fellow Democrat Jasmine Crockett.
He beat Crockett in the primary and she endorsed him but hasn’t been active on the trail; polls show Talarico with strong Hispanic support going into the general election.
