49ers Owner Jed York Texted Undercover Officer Prior To His Arrest

49ers owner Jed York was arrested in Ohio after responding to an online ad in a police sting; he pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools.
He was credited with one day served, fined $1,150, had $160 seized and turned over to the task force, and completed an online course as part of the resolution.
