Number of Iranian military personnel reported killed by US strikes this week rises to 13

U.S. strikes this week killed at least six more Iranian military personnel — including three pilots — bringing Tehran's reported military deaths from the strikes to at least 13.
Civilians have also been hit: an Iranian health official said 18 people were killed and 142 wounded between Aug. 30–Sept. 2, including four wedding guests.
The wider conflict, which began in February with U.S. and Israeli strikes, has killed thousands (mostly in Iran and Lebanon); the U.S. reports 18 of its personnel killed and more than 750 wounded.
