Children’s fruit pouches recalled over possible presence of plastic

Kid-targeted Pumpkin Tree Peter Rabbit Organics banana & strawberry 4‑oz puree pouches have been recalled nationwide over a possible strand of soft plastic from an internal packaging defect; they were sold at Kroger, Meijer and Target between March 6 and July 13.
Check your pouch: barcode 8 15367 01078 0, a lane number "4" printed near the ingredient list, and best‑before dates 01/19/2027, 01/20/2027, 03/17/2027, 03/18/2027, 05/14/2027 or 05/15/2027.
The company initiated the voluntary recall after its supplier alerted them; no injuries have been reported — discard affected pouches or return them to the store for a refund.
