Rubio: Never heard of Trump pick Pulte in matters involving US intelligence

Secretary of State Marco Rubio told Congress he had never heard of Bill Pulte, President Trump's pick for acting director of national intelligence.
Trump tapped 38-year-old Bill Pulte, a political loyalist and former federal housing regulator with no intelligence experience, to lead the U.S. intelligence community.
Democrats (and at least one Republican) criticized the choice, citing Pulte's pursuit of investigations into Trump’s perceived enemies and alleged misuse of confidential information.
